From Greensboro and Winston Salem and points west of Durham

• Take I-40 East                              
• At I-40 & I-85 split take I-85 North

• Take 15-501 North (Durham) to Exit 108B onto the Durham Freeway South/Hwy 147 (Downtown Durham)

• Turn right onto Roxboro Street staying in the right (non-turn) lane

• Take I-40 West                              
• Take Exit 279 to the right onto Durham Freeway North/Hwy 147

• Turn right onto Roxboro Street staying in the right (non-turn) lane

From Richmond, VA and points north of Durham

• Take I-85 S toward Durham /Atlanta (crossing into North Carolina)                             
• Take Exit 176B – N. Duke St./ N. Gregson St. /US-501 staying in left lane                              
• Turn left onto US-501/N. Duke Street bearing to the right as it becomes N. Gregson Street                              
• Stay on Gregson Street for approximately 2 miles to the junction of Hwy 147                             
• Take exit to the left – Parker Street – onto Hwy 147/Durham Freeway South
