Rapid Identification of Compound-Target Associations - Serenex has developed a series of proprietary affinity media that allows for the reversible capture of protein targets from multiple gene families. An initial focus for Serenex is the super-family of proteins that possess binding sites for purines, for example ATP or NAD(H), referred to as purine-binding proteins (PBP). This super-family includes numerous enzyme classes as exemplified in Table 1.
